What area do you service?
We are based in Hendersonville, TN and service the surrounding areas.
Is there an age limit for your playgrounds?
The equipment is designed for ages 0-5 years.
Are the playgrounds clean?
Yes! Each piece is cleaned and sanitized before every use. We use a cleaner designed for safe use in and around children. It kills 99.9% of germs and is approved for safe use in the NICU.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
Can you set up outside?
Yes we can! We can set up on grass or concrete. please make sure the grass is cut short so the playground can lay even. Summer party? We suggest a shady area, as the equipment can get hot being in the sun.
What if it rains?
The equipment cannot get muddy or wet. If you have a tent covering the area, we may be able to set up. Otherwise, we will have to cancel and reschedule.
What is the cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, you have up to a year to reschedule.
How long are rentals?
You have your playground for 4 hours. This does not include set up or tear down time. We will come an hour beforehand to set up. Additional hours can be purchased for $50 each.
When is payment due and which Payment methods do you accept?
$150 deposit is due when you sign the service agreement. At that time we will reserve your date. The rest is due before our team can set up. We take Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal. The team can accept cash at set up.
Can you go over those rules again?
Certainly! We'll also have a sign to display in front of the playground.
RULES DURING USE OF SOFTPLAY
We are family owned and operated. please help us take care of our equipment.
No shoes on the playground
No food or drinks on the playground
Playground is for children 0-5 years of age only
No face paint, glitter, slime, or sharp objects on the playground
Children must be supervised at all times
All balls must stay in the ball pit. All equipment is to stay on the playground.
Parents, please do not sit on the equipment.
